Do you offer support?

Yes, of course, I handle support myself, directly over email. You can (and should) already reach out and ask.

Can I see some full lessons before deciding?

Definitely – it makes no sense buying a course without having an inside look to make sure it’s actually valuable.

Here are a few lessons out of Learn Spring Security – to give you an idea about my teaching style and the depth of the material:

Ahttps://courses.baeldung.com/courses/learn-spring-security-the-master-class/lectures/932899[ lesson out of Module 14] — all about A Simple Two-Factor Implementation with a Soft Token.

And a lesson from Module 17 — The State of OAuth2 in Spring Security 5 (NEW).

What’s the difference between master class and certification class?

The certification class contains the same material as the Master Class and goes beyond it with:

The Certificate of Completion (example)

The new, extensive sets of exercises on each lesson and

The download ability for all video lessons – to help you learn offline

Will my access to the course ever expire?

Access never goes away. Once you’re enrolled in the course – you have access to it indefinitely.

It does not expire, there is no time limit, and you can re-watch the lessons as much as you like.

*Will I get access to future updates if I buy the course now?*

Yes, of course – that’s how I always structure my courses.

Existing students always get access to future updates.

Can I please get a discount?

I never use discounts or coupons for my courses. The main reason is – it’s simply not fair to existing students who all bought the course at full price.

Is there a project/codebase?

Yes, of course.

You’re going to be building a full application during the course, and the code will be available on GitHub to work through.

[.tve_not_editable .tve_toggle]##

Can I share this with my team?

Sure – there are team licenses available for the course.

What does the Certificate look like?

Here’s an example of the Certificate of Completion.

Note that this sample is at a lower resolution – the full high-fidelity certificate is much larger, so that it can be printed.

English isn’t my primary language. Any other options?

Yes. Most students have English as a secondary language, so we created word-for-word transcriptions and captions for all lessons in the course.

We also have image Spanish and image French translations available in all video lessons.

*Is Spring Boot a requirement?

*

Boot is not required, but there are areas where it helps.

The material is build with Spring Boot 2, but it’s also carefully constructed to provide non-Boot alternatives where that’s important.

What version of Spring Security does the course use?

The code is using Spring Security 5, Boot 2 and Spring 5.

[.tve_not_editable .tve_toggle]##

Can I upgrade to the bulk package (RwS + LSS)?

Sure – you can request an upgrade here.

[.tve_not_editable .tve_toggle]##

What if I don’t have 9 hours to go through everything?

A lot of students don’t – and the material is structured so that you won’t have to.

You can jump into any lesson, learn what you need to move your implementation forward, and jump back out. And that’s exactly how many of the students are using the course.

Is there a quick overview on why to invest in the course?

Sure. Spring Security is a large and technical topic, so the course page is quite large as well. If you’re managing a team, or want to send a quicker read to someone, here’s what you can point to
